Change in email id ad pending service tax

Hi All,

First of all thanks to the Creator of this Form.

I have two queries.

1. One of my partner has left the organization and registered email address iis his email id. I want to change the registered email id.

2. We did not pay Service Tax for Oct Nov and Dec 2014. Do we need to pay monthwise and pay interest on delay in payment for the respective months or we can pay the total amount (Considering for Dec Monh) so as to save some fine.
