Hi,

You can very well file resignation and appointment in same form 32. There are no restrictions and issues in it.

Moreover, even if there is not gap of more than 30 days between appointment and resignation, then also you can file one form 32.

Eg. If date of appt is 5th june and date of resig is 10th june then one form 32 can be filed.
