Change in directorship

In a Private limited Company, there are 4 regular directors.

Now, 3 of them want to resign and the Company wants to appoint one director on its board.

Can both the said resignations and appointment be filed in the same form 32, considering the fact that a pvt. ltd. co. must have atleast 2 directors on its board??
