how to remove a director and add new director in a company.

Director may be removed by an ordinary resolution in the general meeting after a special notice signed by members of at least 1% voting power or 5 lac of shareholdings. The new director can be appointed as a replacement or as a fresh appointment.

There will be documentations. Consult your CA or CS.
