Hii all,
A company registered in Delhi engaged in the business of auto parts , last month the company started a GYM in Delhi on rented premises .
Pls tell me ....Is there any need for alterations in MOA ..??

If such kind of business objectives are not covered then it is yes
If such activity is not included in the object clause of the company and the company has opened the GYM as a part of its business activity, then Alteration in the MOA is required
