Change in Auditor Firm's Constitutiom

The company had appointed an auditor firm (partnership) via Form ADT-1 but now the firm is no longer in existence and the auditor is functioning as an individual (proprietorship). What should the company do in this regard?

In This case, you can file ADT-3 for resignation of auditor firm with relevant details and post that appoint individual auditor with shareholders approval and by filing ADT-1 subject to provision of section 139,140,141 and rules made thereunder, if company is listed relevant disclosures to stock exchange also required under Schedule iii Para A Part A...

Second appoint back to new constitution.
