I believe you want to register the co in Haryana ab initio. You have to file another form 1A with an application stating the reasons and ask ROC to replace the form with the existing one. Another alternate is to get the COI with the existing things and shift the registered office. But that is a lengthy process of filing petition to CLB. Expert opinion is solicited.
