one of company having head office at mumbai & factory place at different location. Now, director want to do everything from factory place only. means, VAT, Excise, Invoicing of bills all from that place only. Company Got the VAT, Excise & Import - Export Licence Registration from mumbai. So, what will be the procedure to change make the Change ?

In this situation the company can change its registered office of the company from Mumbai to the particular factory place and for this it can make an application to the regional director for making changes registered office from one state to another or fillied ROC e-form 23AA that notice of address at which the accounts are maintained.
If the factory is also situated at Mumbai but different location from its Registered Office. Just pass Board Resolution and file form 18 with ROC your Registered Office will be changed.
