Can anyone tell me how can I change address in my gst registration from Delhi to Haryana.

You need to take a fresh GST Registration. You can change the business address within the state itself only.

Can I Cancel existing registration number in gst in delhi.
And take a fresh gst registration in haryana.

No need to cancel the registration. U can amend the core fields and u can apply for it
