Change email address in GST portal for Place of Business

I used a CA for registering my GST and he has added his E-mail address under 'Promotors/Partners/ section and the 'Principle Place of Business' section.

I want to change this email address to mine. I was able to do this for Promotors/Partner's section but the option is not available for 'Place of Business' section.

So how do I change this email address? CA tells me that the process is long and it's better not to change it as it will make it difficult for him to file GST.

Any help would be appreciated!

Visit the GSTN portal at https://www.gst.gov.in/.
Log in using your GSTIN, username, and password.
Once you have logged in, go to the "Services" section and select "Amendment of Registration Non-Core Fields".
Select the "Principal Place of Business" option and click on "Proceed".
You will be directed to a page where you can edit the email address. Make the necessary changes and click on "Save".
Once you have saved the changes, you will need to submit an application for the changes to be approved by the GST officer.
The GST officer will review your application and approve the changes if everything is in order.
