Change director adress(old)

If you applied for DIN last year, you must have got your DIN.

For updation in address, you need to file Form DIN 4 to ROC.

YOu can get DIN 4 from MCA site. 

If you want to change your address in DIN Number, as Ms Shridhi has suggested you need to file DIN 4 with ROC along with proof of change in address. There is no fee for filing of this Form.

After the filing of DIN 4, you can form an LLP with the your DIN Number.

You have to contact Practicing CA/CS/CWA who will file DIN 4 after you authorise him to file DIN 4 and sign Digitally. For this you will have to provide him the valid Address Proof self attested along with Verification and a passport size photograph. After which the DIN 4 will be filed by the Professional and the address will get changed.
