your jurisdiction cannot be changed
after cancellation can application for new registration be placed if yes after how much duration
it can be changed by giving the proof of the principle place of business like rental agreement and Eb copy to the jurisdictional officer of the present jurisdiction. He will verify and change the circle by going to the officers portal in change circle option under registration menu.
