It has been observed that challans for the month for April 2023, which were previously visible on the portal, are no longer appearing in our account on Payment history tab. Moreover, when attempting to generate the CSI file for that particular period, we receive an error message stating, " No records found".
Without CSI file we can't file TDS.
Earlier challans were visible, now everyday some challans are getting vanished. There are no longer April 2023 challans available and slowly May 2023 challans will also disappears.
Somebody pls help.
