Challans getting vanished from TIN 2.0 portal

As TDS payment is migrated to income tax website, all challans from April 2023 are paid through income tax website only. 

But it is observed that challans of April 2023 which were previously visible on the portal, are no longer appearing in our account on Payment history tab.

Moreover, when attempting to generate the CSI file for that particular period, we receive an error message stating, " No records found".

Whom to contact for this technical error? 

Now,  challans of May 2023 are also getting vanished from the portal,  daily for one date, challans are getting vanished.
