Challan file is not available for Tds filing

CSI file shall be downloaded from NSDL website only though we have paid through Income tax and NSDL both the modes during the quarter .

while validating RPU Utility , we have to attach CSI File downloaded from NSDL only.

if only one challan paid through income tax  then CSI file shall be from Income tax file as NSDL webautw will not reflect anything.

this is certainly work .

I just tried right now

CSI file can be downloaded from the income tax filing site after login as a deductor: e-file > e-Pay Tax > Challan Status Inquiry (CSI) File > (Select the period) > Download Challan File

 

What if partly paid through NSDL website (For the months of Jan and Feb) and then through e-filing portal of Income Tax in March 2023 (mandatory).  Only a single file can be uploaded in RPU during validating.  How to solve this problem?
