I had made the advance payment in gst portal in the last month but when i login to this month and find that i dont have any cash bance in my ledger.

Have you created gst challan and deposited amount in cash ledger. If no, then the challan has expiry date.
created challan, same day make the payment, debited from my account. credited in portal but now no cash balance showing now
You can raise a complaint at gst portal- grievance redressal portal for gst.
Kindly check your cash ledger date wise
Check whether you have utilized the cash balance for setting off liabilities. Now the gst portal has problem. Kindly check your cash ledger when gst portal is stable.
