Challan date change in dvat

In DVAT - we have paid DVAT for m/o Nov 2016 - however, mentioned period wrongly as 01-11-2017 to 30-11-2017.

Through their online module "Challan Update Request" available in my login panel - i have changed the period - & the confirmation was displayed - "Your request has been sent to Ward."

But, still the challan is not showing in the list of challans paid for 3rd Qtr while filing DVAT-16.

Please help - what should i do now.
