same happened to me. called cpc Pune tds and informed them.
lodges e nivaran with proof.
they updated. it takes 15 days from date of remittance to reflect.

15 days. means the dept. is becoming efficiently INefficient 
in administration i..e not only in late releasing the returns to be filed BUT also in the regular maintenance of the site.
Large number of transactions and less man power
large no. of transactions - Can't the dept. estimate - is the increase in few lakhs...1
for online activities what extra manpower is needed..............2
...... tax payer cand do . ? answer can a consultant give . can he convey like this.
learnt from cpc Pune it takes max 15 days as normal. if it is not reflected after that period then lodge complaint. physical checking takes place in addition to computerised entry.
