Help me to interpret the meaning of this paraa..
"An individual shall not be appointed or reappointed as chairperson of the company as well as managing director or CEO of the company at the same time unless , the article provide otherwise or company does not carry multiple businesses."

One person can't hold position as chairperson and managing director ,which we called CMD ,subject to special clause in this regard in AOA,or if company carries mutliple business ( Group companies business )
