CGST and SGST can avail I m registration at Delhi of Service in Haryana service provider mentioned in invoice place of supply at haryana then I will charged CGST and SGST

I purchase service inter state but saller charged CGST and SGST for mentioned ur state supply can I avail CGST & Sgst input

Once again Your query is not cleared...


As per my understanding.,

If Supplier charged CGST and SGST for the supply then You can't claim ITC if it's from inter state.

Ask with Your supplier for charge IGST.
