Gst rate of 18% (say). How it will be bifurcated into CGST & Sgst for invoices purposes as both have to be separated in the invoice

It would be in ratio of 50:50
Pls mention the relevant rule/section
The ratio is proposed to be equal. However, there is a disagreement between CG and SG wrt this rare for a meagre 0.5% additional share.
