whether RCM notification 13/2017 under CGST applicable to SGST?
if yes then is there any notification or official announcement for it?
IF No then whether we have to just pay RCM on CGST only and what happens to SGST?

Usually, CGST notifications will be adhered undet state GST. For instance, the RCM applicability and relaxation provided in respect of CGST is also notified by Karnataka Govt undet KGST.
