CFSS 2020 w.r.t MGT-7 & AOC-4

Dear all,

All Registrars have given the extension for three months in the date of AGM through their respective General Orders dated 8th September 2020.

So if the AGM will be held on 24th October, because of this extension, the due dates for filing AOC-4 and MGT 7 will be Nov 23, 2020 and 23rd Dec, 2020 respectively.

Do we need to apply under CFSS scheme for filing AOC-4 and MGT 7 ?
