Facts:
A Company has both CS and CFO on its rolls as on April 1, 2014. The appointment of CFO was noted by the Board in January 2010. Form 32 for CS was filed at the time of his appointment, however, no form was filed for CFO.
Questions:
1. Does the Company requires to pass a fresh resolution for appointment of CFO or does it specifically require to note the existince of CFO as KMP?
2. Is the Company require to file Form DIR-12, MR-1 for CFO?
3. What shall be the date of appointment of CFO? Will it be January, 2010 or April 1,2014. In case it is January, 2010, then MCA may levy additional fees while filing of Form.
4. Is the Company require to file Form MR-1 for CS?
