i have cleared ca final in nov2010 & now want to go for CFA (USA) . are these exams not held in india?

CFA (USA) exams will be held in December and June every year in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. In my view, it is tougher than CA course. Exam registration fee will be $720 if you register by aug.31st for Dec.2011 exams. Program enrolment fee will be $405 for Level I.
