S.C.'s verdict was supposed to be out on 25th august regarding whether further cfa exams will be held in India or not.

There is no update yet regarding the result of Final Appeal.....!
The verdict is that the decision has been postponed till around 28 Sept., so nothing much you can do about it.
i want to gather info about how to start cfa from us . plz reply
