CETA 1985

well my dear... CETA 1985 is currently valid central excise tarrif act...which provide duty rates and deal with all commodities etc. there isnt any tarrif act 1944... its . central excise act 1944...before 1985 there was only one act which was dealing with all excise matter..in 1985 tarrif act made separate....
