WHAT WILL BE THE TREATENT OF CESS CHARGED ON TOBACOO PRODUCTS FOR A DEALER WHO IS SELLING TOBACCO PRODUCTS.

DO HE NEEDS TO CHARGE THE CESS AS HE CHARGES CGST AND SGST???

its important for all persons supplying tobacco and tobacco products charge applicable cess rate on it.

Yes cess is applicable for tobacco products. While selling such item,the total amount should include value + cgst+ sgst & cess.
