Who else have not yet received certified copies of Jan 21 exam?

Contact exam department asap
They are not answering calls. And even not responding to mails.
Please check your email address bulk and spam folder also, sometimes copies are stored there also. Otherwise contact ICAI Mumbai Chapter

Can u try calling icai on my behalf
