Has anyone received certified copies of November 2019 CA final examination?

I applied for them the very next day after the results were declared and i haven't received them yet. Also, ICAI doesn't resppond to e-mails.

Please give suggestions.

Received it but not opening.
having file extension.php i have converted it to pdf but the error is displaying unauthorised excess.
