I have filed MGT 14 & GNL 2 for private Placemet. my forms got uploaded without asking for PCS certifocation. Now when i am filing form PAS 3 even that form is not asking for certification of PCS. my companies AC is 1cr and PC is 10lacs now it will be 30lacs after allotment. is it bcoz my company comes under "SMALL COMPANY." defination so the certification of PCS is not required ??? even in some of my company AOC 4 did not asked for certification of PCS

Your company's paid up capital being only Rs. 10 lacs and hope,your company turnover is also does not exceeds two crores, hence treated as small company, precertification of forms are not required.
OPC and Small Companies are exempted from pre-certfication of eForms.
