Hi Rishab,

Client nothing to do with provision, as a statutory auditor, you have to issue a certificate on unhedged foreign currency exposure with the following details:

a. Closing balances of Trade payable.

b. Closing balances of Loans availed in foreign currency.

c. Closing balance of trade receivables.

d. Closing balance of Cash held in foreign currency.

The certificate has to be issued once in a yearly basis to client, who will submit it to Bankers

Dear All Senior Chartereds and Colleagues .
