I have completed my articleship 3 years ago so while filling certificate of service along with exam for do I need to get it signed by any chartered accountant of my principal!??

no need ur principal sign . only ur self declaration is enough because u alredy completed articles. see the prescribed format which is applicable for who completed articles.
