Quick Summary
This discussion explores the necessity of a Chartered Accountant's Certificate of Practice (COP) when establishing a partnership firm or LLP. It questions whether all partners require a COP and if it's mandatory for specific ventures like stock advisory firms. The consensus leans towards COP being required for consultancy LLPs and firms, with a recommendation to consult ICAI guidelines for official registration.

I think with cop u can start consultancy LLP or firm. check icai guidelines in case you want to register your firm with icai too.
