What is the procedure to get the duplicate Certificate of Incorporation of a private limited company? Can we get in the MCA site also under certified documents?

Hey Dude,

You can approach your State Registrar of Companies and appeal for a Duplicate one. Well this is a usual one.

Whereas now-a-days Certificate of Incorporation can be accessed by Inspection of Company Documents by paying Rs.50/- online at MCA website.

For this you can approach a Practicing Company Secretary.

Dear experts,

Certificate of incorporation is given to private ltd compaies by the registrar before starting or commencing the business . While public ltd companies have to wait till they receive certificate of commencement of business . Duplicate certificate of incorporation can be certainly issued  by the  Roc  who  had  issuedthe first  or the previous certificate of incorporation.
