Can any one guide me as to from where the Certificate of Good Standing be obtained for Indian Companies proposing to invest in European countries?

Dear Sir,
My organization is setting up a branch in USA and for incorporation, they are asking for Certificate of Good Standing from Registrar of Companies here.
When searched the procedure to obtain in MCA Website, I am not able to find any certificate in that name.
Please guide me, how to obtain Certificate of Good Standing from Registrar of companies.
