Certificate course on xbrl??

Hi All,

I am a professional (CA and CS) working in the area of XBRL only, from last 3 years. Now I want to introduce a short term certificate course on XBRL for students only, which will focus on all concepts in detail about XBRL, taxonomies, business rules, etc. exlaining all minute details about XBRL alongwith practical XBRL conversion.

Many other institutes are offering course on XBRL but they only demonstrates XBRL filing using software. 

This course may be beneficial for students in their trainings and job.

Now, i wish to know whether should students would wish to take this course or not?
