Cenvat on Courier Charges

1) You can take cenvat credit

2) You are take Service tax registration under ISD (Input service Distribution) then it proportionate

3) No.

Thanking you for your information. But till now I hage a doubt about credit on courier charges. We are in Bangalore-I commissionerate and  Excise Auditors put an objection about credit on courier. Hence I request you kindly send me  circular if you have.

AS PER RULE 2(L) OF CCR 2004 ANY SERVICES USED IN RELATION TO ACTIVITIES RELATING TO BUISNESS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CENVAT CREDIT UTILIZATION.

AND SO I THINK YOU CAN AVAIL THE CENVAT CREDIT ON THE BASIS OF ABOVE MENTIONED RULE
