Pls send me the link of notification in which it is said that cenvat of service tax receivable can be availed in accrual basis.

THE PAYMENT OF SERVICE TAX IS SHIFTED FROM CASH BASIS TO ACCRUAL BASIS BUT STILL CENVAT CREDIT ON INPUT SERVICES CAN BE TAKEN ONLY AFTER MAKING PAYMENTS OF SERVICES AND ST THEREON. THIS HAS VERY ADVERSE IMPACT ON TRADE AND INDUSTRY.
