Cenvat credit on renting of immovable property

There is a firm which is both c&f agent and a building owner who lent building for rent. for the building lent firm receives rent for which it pays service tax and as a c & f agent it pays rent for which ST is deducted my question is whether the firm can take cenvat credit on the service tax paid and received on renting of immovable property?

If C & F firm using the building for providing service of C & F Agent, it can avail cenvat credit paid on renting as input service.
