Cenvat credit on import of service
Whether Cenvat Credit is available on Service Tax paid on Import of Services(By Foriegn Holding Co) used for Manufacturing.

There is no restriction on availment of CENVAT credit of service tax paid on import of service if the service satisfies the definition of input services as per Rule 2(l) of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004. The credit can be availed after making the payment of service tax under reverse charge.
