Like many other organisations we are also member of MCC (Merchants' Chamber of Commerce). My question is if we are entitled to avail and utilise cenvat credit of the service tax charged by MCC in their bill for subscriptttion for year 2013-2014.
Is it really an input service used for providing taxable output service. However, at the same time, It has been decided in various cases that even indirect nexus between input and output service is sufficient for claiming credit.
