Can we avail cenvat credit of AED passed by first stage dealer?
If yes then can we have to add it in cenvat(basic excise duty) or cess while entereing in Cenvat Account Register?

Yes, you can take the cenvat credit of SAD. It will add in the head of basic excise duty.
