Cenvat credit available?
if a company giving some money to his employee as imprest for some expenses(available for cenvat credit) then whether company can avail cenvat credit of service tax on such expenses???

Yes, if service is a eligible input service for company and a valid document is issued as prescribed under Rule 9 of CCR 2004.
