Cenvat credit as per 08/2014 on rent a cab ser.

Dear All,  

Kindly confirm that i interpreting notification 8/2014, correct. as per this notification if we are providing Rent a Cab service and taking the benefit of Abatement still we can use CENVAT Credit of the services which is being directly related to rent a cab like if we are hiring it from the other service provider and CENVAT Credit is maximum upto 40%
