Service Tax paid on renting of immovable property can be taken as credit against excise duty ??

Yes Cenvat credit can be taken on Service tax paid on renting of immovable property.
It can also be utilized against payment of Excise !
Yes . The Cenvat Credit can be be taken on rent. But please Check that payment of the same has been made to the lanloard within 3 months from the date of Invoice otherwise it is need to be reversed.
