we are importing goods from denmark and paid basic custom duty and CVD and additional custom duty on that.

   this imported goods are use for the purpose of selling in local market with VAT and CST without any further processing on it , can we are able to take CENVAT credit on Additional and CVD paid against VAT and CVD...
