can we claim cenvat credit on invoice raised by real estate agent for office space

Do you mean real estate agent is raising a bill for commission (or like) and charging service tax? If so, u can claim cenvat credit on input service I think.

As I understand, there is no restriction for the same. You can take credit of tax on input services in this case.
