Can somebody help me clear a little confusion? Can input credit be availed on service tax reimbursement to C & F Agents, when the same is paid alongwith commission at a fixed percentage on sales?

Yes.
The service tax will be paid on commission plus rebursement basis.
After payment of this, you are eligible to take credit of the whole amount of service tax paid.
