Can Cenvat Credit be availed on Shuttering material used in providing Commercial or Industrial Construction Services.
Shuttering material falls under the definition of Capital goods under pipes,tubes & fittings thereof.

Dear Sir, We have purchased MFS Alluminium Formwork system, scaffolding for shuttering purpose. The Tariff Head is "84806000".
