I just want to know that if we received biils in the name of company ED / CMD/ owner than can we availed Cenvat credit on such bills.
And if bill in the name of employee and after his/her name we put down C/O........... compny name than we can availed cenvat credit

as it looks that the services are used in personal capacity, and not related to input services of company, hence no input credit allowed,.

As long as the bills are in the name of person, who is registered with Service Tax Dept., ythere is no difficulty in availing CENVAT Credit.
