A manufacturing company which receives Cenvat Credit (on input raw materials) can avail the credit in output of service tax.

Yes maufacturing unit can avail credit in output services.
Manufacturing company have credit from inputs. They provide taxable service. You doubt whehter service tax can be paid through the cenvat credit. Answer is yes provided the inputs have been used for manufacture of duty paying goods.
